Beautiful, comfortable formal heeled sandal
I got these for my mom for my wedding. She ranges between an 9.5-10 and the 9.5 was perfect. She says they are quite comfortable. The wedding hasn’t happened yet so I can’t report on long term wear.

They weren't narrow
I ordered these shoes specifically because they said they were narrow and they were still too big. I needed them for a wedding I was going to and it was very disappointing to spend over $100 on shoes that were too big.

This is a 3" heel
I don't know who in marketing decided this was a 2 1/2" heel, but it's not. Once you add the rubber heel and the insole, it's a solid 3", which unfortunately is too high for my feet to handle. The straps are also pretty loose on my relatively low volume foot. If you have wide feet or a high instep, that might not be a problem for you.
