53mm Rectangular Optical Glasses

I paid full price for designer frames and received a dirty defective pair. The first thing I noticed was the black Prada box was torn on the corner, then the glasses themselves had dirty grease marks and fingerprints all over like they were worn by other people. Then I noticed there was black paint covering the letter “D” on the Prada logo on one of the arms that couldn’t be removed. These glasses were advertised as BRAND NEW and came in used/defective condition. I’m so disappointed in this company for not upholding basic cleanliness standards and for selling defective designer items at full price assuming no one would notice. I’m never buying designer from Nordstrom again.
