Great Boot
Bought these for my partner as rain/snow boots for winter in NYC. He likes the look of the boot and found the W width comfortable and true to size.

wrong color advertised
Bought these for my dad thinking it was a cognac brown with dark brown leather contrast. Turns out they are just dark brown. Very disappointing.

Lightweight and comfortable
These boots are so rugged looking that I assumed they would be heavy, like the heavy-duty hiking boots I wore as a college student. They are surprisingly light in weight, though, and very comfortable right out of the box, with a supportive footbed that cradles the foot perfectly.

Husband wore them hiking and biking out at Mt. Hood. Loved them. Nothing too fancy but comfy right away and they served their purpose. Would recommend.

Excellent Boot for a Competitive Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Timberland hiker boots finally gave out on me after years and many miles of wear and tear. It wasn't the soles however, they still had plenty of traction remaining. However, the actual seems on the inside of the boot gave way so I was forced to locate a similar boot, which appealed to me and this was the choice I ultimately arrived at and I have no regrets so far. Awesome aesthetic design and color combination. The boot is a good fit for me at my size, though I went a half size larger to accommodate heavier wool socks. My only concern with this boot might be the inside padding which may not be sufficient for comfort on long hikes. But I will say this, there was no "breaking in" period. These boots were comfortable to wear right out of the box and warm. Looking forward to many years and many miles ahead with this new paid.
