Original Series Chelsea Boot (Unisex)

It’s true - AU half sizes only increase the width, not the length, of the shoe. If you have a high instep, you’re going to struggle to get these on. I tried 3 sizes because they look so cute on other people & are perfect for field use. Each & every one hurt enough while trying to get my foot in, I decided it wasn’t worth the effort to break them in.

I love these boots, but was sad they fit so weird / small. Due to covid I couldn’t try on in person. They were slightly too small, and I tried to wear them anyways and they hurt my feet every time. I normally wear a 6/6.5 and ordered a 6.5 - I never wear a 7 but am going to see if they fit better.

Love these boots and I am very picky. I was concerned about the fit from some reviews I'd read about them being hard to get into. Like another famous brand I know it does take time to break them in the first few times you slip them on, but I got them on with a shoehorn the first time and the fit is awesome. They look classic and are rugged enough for outdoor hiking or in snow (I live in MN). They are definitely more on the casual side but very well made.
