Cushy and Comfortable!
I am enjoying this ballet flat. At first the right shoe rubbed a bone bump right at the inner edge. I applied some shoe stretch spray and wore the shoes around the house for an hour or so. No more problem! The shoe is attractive, soft and versatile. I love them!

Won't get Fauxed again.
Thought these were cute and comfy, until, after wearing them a mere 3 times, the "leather" started peeling away from the shoe, revealing some kind of synthetic looking sub strata. There is no way these are real leather uppers as stated in description. Some kinda China faux leather.

Nice shoe, just not a good fit on me.
Sadly these are a return. I ordered same size as other Trotters I own but they were too long and too wide, despite being a narrow. But afraid size down might be too short and still too wide so didn't try to exchange and will keep looking. Nice shoe with good footbed, just didn't work out for me.

I had high hopes for these shoes...
I ordered a size 81/2 wide in black. Which is the size I usually wear. Loved the look, insole, and that the sole in not totally flat. I need cushion and arch support. Returned the 81/2 wide and repurchased an 8 wide in navy, because black was sold out. After severe emails stating that the navy shoes were on back order. They finally arrived. Again they are too big. I really like the look and feel of these shoes, but I’m tired of the run around. They’re going back. If I had returned and reordered them. It would probably be a 71/2.
