These are designer glasses, they are sent to you in a plastic ziplock bag with no box or Burberry packaging. When you call Nordstrom all they say is return it as if that’s ok this was a Christmas gift and now I’m forced to return it never thought Nordstrom would be a Ross or TJ max this was a terrible experience in Ross and TJ defense I’ve bought designer glasses that come with there box and papers not even there do they give you 300 dollar pair of glasses in a zip lock bag this is pathetic and terrible customer service.
