Greggo Cap Toe Oxford (Men)

First off, I paid for next day shipping since I needed the shoes for an event, with a couple days to spare in case I didn’t like it. Unfortunately for me the package never made it at first. After a couple calls with customer service they determined my package was lost and they escalated my case where I would be notified of the outcome within 24-48hrs, without having a say in the outcome. At this time it was the day of the event and of course I no longer needed this shoe urgently. The next day I got an email saying that a refund was not an option since they shipped a new shoe for me. Luckily I was refunded the next day shipping fee. I decided to wait until I got the shoe and if I liked it enough, I would keep it. Another surprise awaited me as I opened the package only to find the wrong color! I will spare the rest of the details involving returning it as that was pretty straightforward. I had other options with Saks and Neimann Marcus but I chose Nordstrom since I’ve shopped there in the past. Will definitely rethink ordering any need now items from them after this experience.
