Air Jordan 11 Retro Low Basketball Sneaker (Women)

I ordered these shoes twice. First pair was too tight, had to be returned, then ordered half size up and they never arrived. After sitting in the ONTRAC shipping facility with no movement for 7 days, contacting the shipping company, requesting an investigation, speaking to Nordstrom, getting a refund, I get an email while in bed that my package was just delivered at 11:30pm. With not one person coming to my residence as per the surveillance and the scans from the shopping company how is this possible. Now I contact the shipping company again to open a second investigation because now y’all are playing with me. My package had all the updates until it was in a facility about 30 minutes from my residence, no movement for 7 days and no movement on the day of alleged delivery until it said delivered. Now I get another email from Nordstrom saying my package was delivered and I will be recharged the refund that they already gave me. Once again having to call Nordstrom back to tell them to call the shipping company who told me that upon both their investigations the package cannot be located to contact the seller, for them to once again give me a refund and all I want is my shoes. They should never use that company, they can’t be trusted.

Shoes were perfect but my package came opened and the box was damaged. I’m completely surprised that the shoes were still in there and no one stole them. I’ve been a loyal Nordy customer for years and this is my second bad experience with them within the same month. What is going on with the quality control here??

I consider myself to be a sneaker head and have many sneakers but I didn’t own a pair of 11s so I was unfamiliar with fit, I’m usually an 8 women’s, 6.5 in men’s and grade school. I tried on my daughters navy velvet size 8 11s for size reference and those ran a little big so I went to the reviews where a few said these ran big and to go a half to full size down. So I ordered my usual size 8 and a 7.5. I have not received my 7.5 yet but my 8s fit like a snug 8 my toe is right at the top and I tried on with a light sock, thick and no sock and to be honest the best fit was with no sock. I truly hope that I can get a 8.5 because these are amazing and I plan to pair with a yellow Nike club fleece sweatsuit for fall. When I get the 7.5s they will be returned and keeping these 8s is debatable. I would definitely say order your regular size if you are in between sizes. If you have a wide foot or longer toes I definitely say go a half size up. My last photos measurement is for a size 8.
