Seabird Flip Flop (Women)

I’ve been eyeing these for ages, thinking they were the perfect classy basic flip flop. I purchased them on sale for $67 and I do like them but not as much as I expected to. I don’t think they’re worth full price. They’re great quality, but the straps don’t come back very far so that the shoe sort of dangles from your toes every time you take a step. I am keeping them and they’re the best flip flops I own. But they’re not the perfect ideal shoe I thought they would be.

I live in Hawaii and our staple footwear is the "slippah." THESE by FAR are THEEEE best I have ever worn. I was skeptical about the price but finally bit the bullet knowing returns would be easy at Nordstrom. Not sure what others are speaking of when they say something about the toe strap or it being narrow. I did not have a problem with neither and I consider myself to have WIDE feet. They're perfect! I'm keeping them and am hoping to purchase more--on sale (fingers crossed).

Meh. I bought from the manufacturer as Nordstrom was sold out in my size in the tan. I think the curved footbed could be a real plus and comfortable but I wear a size 6-6.5 and felt the thong straps were too wide for my somewhat small and narrow foot. I think they would look better on someone with a bigger and wider foot. I have been on a quest to find thong sandals with thin, ribbon like straps. I do like Tkees, and also Bella Ha for more upscale sandals. Really tired of all the bulky slides. I think things are more feminine and elongating so I prefer that over a slide. I’ll keep looking for others to add to my sandal wardrobe! I live in Phoenix and sandals are a necessity!

This shoe is Made in Mexico and for the price it was not a quality item. $30 price point would have fit.... TYKEES for $50 make a better sandal as this pair just did not feel like a quality shoe. The sole will wear out quickly and the strap between the toes is hard. The shoe is very narrow so only for thin, long feet. I could not wear.

I bought these in black and then later another pair in gold. Have been living in these sandals! Comfortable but also tres chic - a rare combination. They provide a bit of arch support and your foot kind of molds to the leather footbed. The thong part is also nice leather. Rubber bottoms with good grip sole keeps you grounded; so far they have been slip-down proof. Really love these. I find I have been wearing around the house as well as out and about. The gold ones I even took to a fancy wedding to change into after making an appearance in high heels. I do wish they’d make a version of this fabulous sandal with a kitten heel. Highly recommend. We’ll see if they last more than a summer, but seems well made.
