Nice boot but weird fit
These boots are nice to look at but the fit is off. I got the 8.5. While they were comfortable, the boot looked bit on my foot and the ankle was loose so they linda flipped as I walked in them. I the tried the size 8 but the ankle fit really tight and they squeaked when i walked, lol. I think I'll try a standard duck boot *sigh*

Very comfortable
Love these! Because of the zip closure, you can't naturally tighten them (without messing with the leather or using a different set of laces), so if you have particularly skinny legs it may be a problem.

Not for anyone who has an arch
I couldn’t even get my foot in these. I have a high arch so I thought the side zipper would solve it. The zipper is too short and the laces have zero stretch so I could not even get my foot in the shoe. It’s really too bad because they are adorable, but unwearable.

Great lightweight winter boot
I bought these boots for winter in NYC, so I wanted something relatively lightweight and warm. These definitely fit the bill - they're very comfortable for long walks and easy to slip on and off, and they keep my feet warm (with wool socks) and dry for upwards of an hour outside. They are pretty good on snow/ice, but there are probably grippier options out there. I originally bought the heavy duty Sorel boots and had to return because they were just too bulky for me. These were much more my style and I'm excited to wear them for many winters to come!
I am typically an 8.5 but bought these in a 9M to leave room for thick socks. The fit is perfect - they are a *little* big but it doesn't affect the functionality at all and I like that I can bulk up with socks if it's super cold out.
