Returned these upon discovering that one of the earrings was not as pictured. Learned that the local Nordstrom did not stock replacements and the clerk there advised that they were not available at any other store or online. Received a refund in the form of a Nordstrom gift card (as opposed to a credit to my credit card) citing:
