Blundstone 1671 Chelsea Boot (Women)

I am normally a 7 in flats/heels and a 7.5 in most sneaker brands (Nike, Vans). After scouring the ends of the earth for reviews on the sizing for this bad boy, I went with a size 7.5. It's just the right size. You should size .5 up or get whatever size you normally get for shoes you wear with thick-ish socks. I agree with most reviewers on the World Wide Internet that the opening is very tight. I am short (5'2") and have thicker ankles than most. Minus one star for that. However while it's a struggle to get them on, it's not impossible, and I don't experience any pain. I know they'll stretch out with time, too. All that to say - I was anticipating some tightness, and tightness I did experience. But nothing too drastic, even for my chonky ankles/calves. I also thought these would be super rugged-looking, even with the heel giving it some polish, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they are more formal-looking than I thought. All in all, great purchase.

I love these boots. I usually wear a size 7 but had to get a 7.5 in these. The style of this boot is a lot more feminine compared to the unisex styles of Blundstones, these are not bulky at all and I can even wear them to work. I usually don’t wear shoes with a heel, but this little heel doesn’t bother me at all. I also have very sensitive feet and had no issues with these - they required no break in time, and I wore them all day 3 days in a row without any rubbing or discomfort at all. My feet felt dry and warm. Would highly recommend, worth every penny.

These are the best! I've tried the original version, which many people love as well, but they run very wide. This new version for women with a bit of heel are perfection!!!!. Fit well at the ankle, making it easy to wear with various types of pants. Feel like slippers they are so comfortable. Had to size up to a 7 from my usual 6.5. Bonus......good for all kinds of weather. Thinking about getting another pair in brown. You won't regret this purchase!!!

I purchased these a while ago and didn't wear them as i found that they dug into the back of my ankles. After wearing them a few more times and breaking them in, I now love them and wear them multiple times a week. As far as size goes, I am normally a size 6.5 and bought these in a 7. They fit great!

I really like my new Blundstone 1671 chelsea boots! The look is much more feminine than the other Blundstone boots. The boots has a slightly more tapered, narrow look and a little bit of a heel, while still having the rugged, practical qualities I was looking for in a boot. I was looking for a shoe that was durable, waterproof, and appropriate for both adventuring and work and so far this boot has fit the bill beautifully. They've been very comfortable and I've walked miles in them right out of the box with no problem. I did have to size up and the fit is a little loose when I wear stockings, but perfect when I wear a thicker sock.

Gorgeous, soft leather. I’m very sensitive and will only wear shoes that are comfortable out of the box - can’t tolerate a break-in period. These seem to fit the bill! So impressed with the quality. I feel optimistic that these will last. Note, these run extremely small! I’m a true size 5 and I generally stick with children’s shoes because they’re cheaper but also because even most size 5s run too big for me. Ordered these in a 6 and I wear them with custom orthotics and they fit great with both thin and thick socks. Also, very narrow opening and hard to get on, but worth it! This small footed woman with plantar fasciitis is very happy with these!
