'Minna' Leather Flat (Women)

I bought one pair of these and then a second before I realized a problem that developed. The sole is very flat and the material is not especially sturdy. What I found is that as the heel wore down, I started to wear away the leather closest to the sole at the heel. I have never had this happen on any pair of flats I have ever owned before and it has happened in exactly the same place on both pairs. Especially on my black pair the worn spot is quite noticeable. For the money I would expect higher quality materials for the sole/heel. Very unfortunate as I love the shoes and they appear to be wearing well otherwise.

The left hand shoe is the most comfortable dress flat I have ever owned. The right hand one is a bit small: not because the shoe is off but because my feet are uneven. Following the advice of other reviewers I ordered a half size down from usual, and that seemed to work, at least on the left side! Having said that, these are real leather and made with built in arch support, which is important for older feet like mine (or anyone who needs to be on their feet a lot). Most flats, even leather dress flats, do not have this degree of support. I would buy this brand again.

Have purchased a few black flats in the past couple years to wear with jeans and skirts. Haven't really been that happy with any of them so far. Recently had a heel problem and the Dr told me about Vionic shoes which are good for plantar fasciitis so I purchased these to take on vacation. Haven't worn them for a long period yet but so far they are really comfortable. My feet feel good in them, the size was perfect and they look great.

I purchased these shoes for my mother for her 80th birthday. She put them on and immediately said they were the most comfortable shoes she has ever owned! She said she will wear them every day...and was so pleased with the fit! The other reviews say to order a half size smaller, but I ordered her size and they fit perfect.

I am impressed with Vionic! I need great support and comfort to help with multiple back issues and their toe post flip-flops have helped so much. Unfortunately, these shoes are too wide for me. I ordered a 9N and the length was perfect but it fit more like a medium B width. I will be returning them. I have few choices in my width and I thought these would be the answer. Back to the drawing board!
