Small Zipped Bayswater Leather Satchel

Perfect size for a day bag or a work bag. It is very classic yet very versatile. You can carry it by the handle or wear it crossbody. It holds everything you need for the day including an iPad, or a couple of diapers if you are a young mom with a baby. Very well made and leather is rich looking. Love the bag.

The bag is beautiful. But it came in a plastic bag no dust bag. Thrown in a big box no receipt no nothing. I called and as always they can’t do anything. This is a problem with ordering online and a store sends a display bag. They just don’t care how they ship. Nordstrom should state where the bag is coming from since they are a hit or miss on the condition of the bag. I mean NO DUSTBAG!? No protective plastic. It might as well been from Walmart. Shame on the packaging person. I would never have sent any item packaged like this. So wrong. I tried to be honest because the bag is great but it’s going back due to the missing items and poor packaging. I am disappointed but unfortunately not surprised.

Unfortunately I was sent a used/returned bag. Someone else’s sloppy seconds. Glitter and what must of been make up or something inside of it. So unbelievably disappointing to receive a box with the handbag thrown in. I except more from Nordstrom. This is unacceptable and the 2nd time this has happened to me ordering online. I don’t know what else to say except DO BETTER NORDSTROM!!!
