Great fitting shoe, a little break in needed but not bad at all, i would improve laces, have to double knot them in order for them to stay tied

This shoe is not of very good quality. It is not the quality of shoe that I am used to as a Johnston & Murphy product. Apparently, it was manufactured in India, and does not fit my foot for the type, style and comfort that I have been used to.

Aesthetically pleasing, but very uncomfortable.
This shoe looks very nice and is well designed. However, it is very uncomfortable. The leather is very stiff and does not yield after a weeks worth of wearing. Other J&M shoes softened after some wear, but these will not. So unless you have slender feet, this shoe is not for you. It will not soften and expand to fit your feet. Also, the type of leather used creates very unsightly creases on the vamp of the shoe.
The tongue and the top line also cut into your feet.
Overall, I would not recommend these shoes.
