4-Stage Knife Sharpener With Shear Sharpener

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry that your Zwilling Four-Stage Knife Sharpener arrived without instructions and did not deliver the sharp edge you expected. We hope you have since been able to contact our Support team to receive a copy of the Instructions. To help you get the best performance from your Zwilling Four-Stage Sharpener, here is the proper technique: Match the angle: Use the two Asian slots for Japanese blades, or the two Western slots for German/American knives. A fifth slot is built just for scissors. Coarse stage: For very dull blades, pull the knife through the coarse slot from heel to tip using moderate pressure. Repeat this up to 20 times. Fine stage: Wipe the blade clean, then pull it through the fine ceramic slot 5 to 10 times to finish and polish the edge. Our durable ceramic wheels are built to last for years, and we want to ensure this tool works perfectly for you. If you still need assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our consumer relations team directly at hello@zwillingus.com Our dedicated consumer service representatives are available to assist you in any way possible.
