Generally women's 8 - the men's 6 fits great!
I had a pair of the women's version for years as my (mostly) house shoes but it was time for a new pair and the women's soft sole is tough to come by, so I thought I'd give the men's a try in a comparable size.
I'd ordered the smallest size possible, the women's version had stretched quite a bit over time but these seem to be perfect so far. I really love how far up on the foot they come too, and the bow has stayed tied no problem.
