Arizona Slide Sandal (Men)

I just tried on the Birkenstock Arizona sandals, even though I rarely buy expensive footware, much less sandals. But they are clearly a cut above any I have ever worn. The fit and comfort are worth the $$. The size is true and the adjustable straps make them feel like they were custom made for me. About 50 years ago I bought a pair of dress brogues from LL Bean and after 4 or 5 sets of soles and heels, I still wear them as work shoes. So sometime you do get what you pay for. That seems to be true of most LL Bean products.
