Best slip-on shoes
These are the best looking slip-on shoes I ever owned. Note relatively thin, but famously flexible, soles, which make for an ultra comfortable wear on smooth pavement but less so on a jagged or rough surface. Unless hiking in the woods, the overall comfort level is very high: 9D fits my 9 like a glove. Craftsmanship is superb.

Defective shoes
My pair of Santonis were defective. On the 2nd wearing, the interior liner of the left shoe began to peel upward, causing irritation in the middle of my foot. There was no way to get it to re-adhere to the sole. So I returned the shoes and got a refund. This is a sign of declining standards at Nordstrom, as this was the 3rd pair of shoes I tried to buy and keep in the last 3 months. The 1st pair, a different brand, didn't fit right; the 2nd pair, developed a hole on the top surface within a couple weeks of use. And on none of the occasions did Nordstrom have my size in stock. Lesson: Either Nordstrom get its act together fast, or the world should stop buying shoes from Nordstrom.

MUCH DARKER Than Appears Online
I bought these for my boyfriend as a gift and I was very disappointed when they arrived. Although the leather is very soft, it is MUCH MUCH darker in person than in the photos online. I ordered the brown and they look almost black in person. I thought that I had been sent the wrong color by mistake until I checked the box and looked at the lifers very closer under bright lights. Will unfortunately be returning as he has no use for brown almost black loafer..

Best looking shoe I ever bought.
Best looking shoe I have ever bought. My biggest concern was would they be comfortable. I know women love the look but if my feet hurt I would not wear them often enough. So far they feel great right out of the box and I wore them 6 hours the first night and me feet felt great. I know they look sharp because even a guy friend of mine said nice shoes. Great shoe, soft leather and comfortable so far. Thank you Santoni.

Santoni you are my savior
These are literally the best shoes I have ever worn in my life!!! Besides the amazing look which gets constant compliments, the comfort and craftsmanship are second to none. While I had never spent this much money on shoes previously, my fashon "mentor" told me about Santonis and that they would change my life forever... Boy was he right!!!!
