quality and super spacious
I travel around a lot doing the digital nomad thing and have notoriously always carried 2 medium sized suitcases but it ends up always never being enough space. I decided to get this one and don’t regret it at all! It’s super spacious is light weight-ish (it weighs less than the large check in from away) and fits all my clothes and in even have space (and the weight) for more stuff and I’m packing tons of outfits in this thing too! So glad I got this. I love the rose color too it’s so beautiful - can’t wait to take my next trip in a few weeks! I’m positive this will be the perfect solution as I travel around.

Disappointed
Was excited for bags but they looked like this after 1 trip see picture). Upon contacting their customer service we were told we should be happy nothing was damaged in the luggage. Truly terrible experience in every aspect - well except nothing was damaged.

Material is not resistant to dirt
I purchased this item directly from the company, and ordered a lighter color. After it's FIRST use it is COVERED in black scuffs and dirt. The material they use shows EVERYTHING especially in light colors, and almost seems to attract dirt. I was told by Monos that I should use a magic eraser, which I did, and spent over an hour cleaning it, and it still doesn't look clean. I'd say go with another brand of luggage.

Not Worth the Cost
I bought this bag to match my Monos carry on plus and for a vacation I had planned. I packed it to 50lbs and got on my way. After my second flight with this bag it broke. The clip on the interior that holds the smaller pocket panel up completely came undone. Instead of fighting with this monster of a suit case for the next leg of my trip, I returned it and purchased a Samsonite set from Costco.

Do not get the light colored luggage
I purchased the rose quartz and after just one use, the luggage is banged up, marked up, and covered in black marks. I would not recommend the light colored luggage as it does not hold up. And even after scrubbing with the magic eraser it did not good. And I’m not spending another $50 for a plastic wrap that seems useless. Not worth the cost.

Not Durable
Really disappointed with how this color held up. I used the luggage once on a trip to Europe. When I saw it coming off of the baggage carousel, I thought surely this couldn’t be my new suitcase. It was. I tried to remove some of the scuff marks. A few came off, most did not. I realized that some of the scuffs were different colors so I don’t think it was the handlers being rough with the bag. Rather, I think the luggage scuffs with minimal contact with any other non-fabric luggage. I’m sure the black color would do better, but I think there are better options out there.
