quality has dropped
For years these were my go to briefs from Wacoal. They are now badly made. The bands around legs and top are thicker and tighter, and show through fabrics. They used to be very smooth and flat, so didn’t show, I am very disappointed. I thought maybe after a few washings they would soften, but they haven’t.

Not Exactly Seamless
I bought believing that since they have "seamless" in the name, that they would be, but unfortunately that is not the case. The band area compressed around the legs too tightly, and is quite noticeable under clothing. My legs are not thick, and I don't believe a bigger size would have made a difference. The waist band fit nicely, no compression. Maybe they can do the leg banding similar to the waist band.

your size chart is not accurate
I wear size 8 in the Wacoal brand. So, I ordered XL for the Wacoal B Smooth Briefs and this size was too tight around the leg. I should have ordered XXL !!

they are comfortable
I think these are perfect for when you have your period or want more coverage , the fabric is comfortable, but it creates a waist, but does absolutely nothing for my belly pouch, I feel other underwear I have does better in that area. I wouldn’t necessarily buy them again in this particular style.
