not up to Nordstrom‘s usual excellent standards
Nordstrom should be ashamed. This item was delivered. Nasty , dirty ,scratched. The plastic was burned . The item was clearly used, returned and just put back in the box and re-sold to the next customer. I will be returning this item immediately why bother shopping online when I still have to take the time and the gas to go and return items to Nordstrom.

do not waste your time
The lid pops off and it doesn’t even close fully so your serum or liquid is going to pour all over your house. I’m not sure who would make a product like this and not give it a proper lid. I’m not over exaggerating. The lid literally does not close.

Holiday never comes to late
My mother in law got me a brush for the holidays and I really really love it. I use it with castor oil and I do see a difference and it’s very relaxing.
She gave it to me 2 weeks late but I’m so grateful!!!!

Calm and enjoyable
I was given this as a late holiday gift from my office and I absolutely love it.
