The perfect jewelry box
I purchased this jewelry box for my friend. It's very classy, white exterior with sturdy silver drawer handles, gray felt interior. There's a decent sized mirror located on interior top. The top layer space has plenty of room for rings, hooped and studded earrings. The drawers are perfect for bracelets, watches and necklaces that can be laid flat as there are no necklace hooks.

Arrived Scratched
My 12-year-old daughter fell in love with this in the store, and it coordinates with some items she already has from PB Teen. We purchased it for her as a holiday gift, but it arrived with scratches in the top of it (the "wood" and the paint, not only the paint), which makes it underwhelming for gift giving. I noticed that another reviewer had the same issue. Obviously for this price it's not going to be highest quality, but at least without scratches would be appreciated.

Extremely cheap, underwhelming.
It just *looks* cheap from the moment you open it. It arrived tossed in a box with no padding, so it was damaged on the corners. The finish is mediocre, it came with unfixable marring and scratches. The hinges on the lid were already broken, the tiny little screws had ripped out. The drawers tip down and fall out when you pull them out to retrieve an item, like a crappy old dresser. Incredibly disappointing from a company like Nordstrom to sell a product like this and package it so poorly.

Poor construction and arrived damaged
It sadly arrived looking like a DIY project with poorly fitting parts and some “wood” barely painted. It also was damaged :(

Broken
Sadly this item came in the mail completely broken. The box it was shipped in was completely undamaged but the jewelry box was in pieces. The whole top was separated from the rest of the jewelry box. In the back, the section of the particle board the screws were in had broken into tiny pieces so there was no way to fix it. Not sure if this was just really poorly made or if it was previously returned and sent back out but I would not recommend.
