Beautiful Ring, Poor Quality and No Support
Beautiful ring and great price, but one of the stones fell out in less than a month. Nordstrom couldn’t repair it since it’s from a third-party vendor, and I haven’t been able to reach Julian B Jewelry — no phone number and no reply to my email.
Sadly, I’ll be returning it. The design is lovely, but the quality and customer service just aren’t there. Also, keep in mind that Nordstrom’s 90-day return policy applies here only because it’s sold through a third-party vendor.
