Olukai Outshines Reef
I cant say enough about the Olukai flip flop sandal product line. I own 3 pairs, the Ohana in leather, Hiapo in leather, and Ohana in water proof synthetic...all Olukai sandals are built upon what they term "anatomical footbeds" and indeed they are THE MOST comfortable sandal I have ever owned. Period. Phenomenal arch support and overall the sandal feels very firm, solid and substantial. Start walking and its as if your floating on springs. Amazing.
I used to be a Reef man and prior to becoming privy to the Olukai brand I thought Reef was the for all end all in comfort. Not anymore. You will pay a little more for Olukai but trust me...its money well spent. Also Olukai offers a full one year warranty on all of their footwear whereas Reef only 6 months.
NOTE: ORDER A FULL SIZE LARGER THAN YOU WEAR CUZ THEY RUN SMALL AND THAT SEEMS TO BE CONSISTENT THROUGHOUT REGARDLESS OF WHAT STYLE YOU CHOOSE.

Ouch
These sandals really look cool, I have to say. But the thong part that goes between your toes is really uncomfortable. It's round instead of wedge-shaped and very hard. I felt like my foot was being injured after walking around in them for a day. I eventually went for the OluKai that are identical to these but don't have the stitching and have the fabric between the toes. I loved the foot bed, though.

Great Product
This is a great product! The fit will run small, so if you're ordering online, make sure to go up at least a complete size. I am a size 10-1/2 (so I ordered an 11) but had to go up to a 12 for proper fit (even a 13 was acceptable). I took the 11 back to a local store and was able to get my size.
Quality of the product is outstanding! Bottom treads are very durable, and the leather is soft; no problems with blisters as you would typically get with other sandals. In some cases, I guess that you really do get what you pay for. Well worth every penny!

Xmas gift for father
This was a xmas gift for my father who has feet problems. This shoe is like wearing an orthotic. if your feet are really in pain from flat shoes with no support, search no more. Get the Olukai. dad is from oahu so wearing slippers is daily. These are the best.

Best Sandals EVER
I'm 36, I don't like sweaty feet, so I've tried a LOT of sandals (and boat shoes). Nothing can touch these for comfort over the long haul. Never feels clammy or rubs a spot off your foot. Top quality leather. So glad they make these.

great looking, with problems
this is a great looking sandal. the leather and the laser prints on the bottom are beautiful. However, it is not comfortable. first it is heavy. much heavier than the normal cheaper ones. second, it hurts when you walk in a long distance. So, i don't think this is something you can wear to a shopping mall or to a restaurant.
