What it does: This toner offers an ideal way to refresh your complexion midday or when washing with a cleanser isn’t an option. It's formulated with witch hazel to control oil and tighten pores, algae extract to regulate excess sebum production and grape seed extract and vitamin E to protect skin from free-radical damage.
