Alice Pointed Toe Pump (Women)

This is the second time that Nordstrom has sent me shoes that were either someone else's return or were tried on by numerous people in the store. The box was beat up, and the shoes were just thrown inside with no wrapping/packaging paper. As a result, they were scuffed, and the leather on the pointed toe of one of the shoes was worn off. It's a major disappointment, because they fit well and were comfortable. Also, I am beginning to fear ordering shoes online from Nordstrom, because twice I have paid full price for damaged, poorly packaged shoes. These have been returned.
