What it does: The soft, creamy pencil glides on for easy application. It creates dramatic eye looks that last all day and night. The highly pigmented liner delivers intense color payoff and 24 hours of nonfading, nonsmudging, nonflaking wear. The waterproof formula is sweat-, humidity- and transfer-resistant. It's ophthalmologist tested and safe for use on the waterline.

How to use: Apply the eyeliner to the lash line or waterline along the entire length of the lid, using short, even strokes. Extend past the outer corner for a winged look.
