I am disappointed that the Chai recipe has changed. I will never understand why companies change a good product. I have been drinking Nordstrom Chai for 6 years. I will be looking for a new brand now.

tastes ok
I make my own chai from scratch and this is very weak and too sweet. The only way I use this now is a shaken dirty chai on a hot day.
