No Grip!
I purchased these socks for reformer Pilates , needless to say they are a hazard. The one size is not an adult size . I wear an 8.5 in flats. And the heels are very low and kept moving off of my heel. The grips on the bottom didn’t grip causing my feet to slip off the foot bar. I ended changing my socks to avoid injuring myself. Definitely would not recommend for Pilates .
