Beautiful summer dress.
This dress fits beautifully. It is definitely on a shorter side but the tittle says mini skirt and its quite accurate. The top is loose and the smocked waist gives a great definition. I got the white and blue tie dye color and it looks fab. For reference, I am 5'1, 105 lbs. I got XS and it fits perfectly and the length hits exactly as shown in the picture.
