Ruffle Short Sleeve V-Neck Top

I love blouses with ruffled sleeves - they look extra special. The sleeves are lightweight, soft and feminine. A v-neck really slims down my more broad shoulders, and is the perfect shape to wear a gold link necklace for work. This top is a perfect staple for work with pants, or jeans with heels for going out. I love this Baja Blue shade so much - it brings out my blue eyes, and I love the fit so much, I also ordered it in the pretty, sunny yellow shade.

I bought this in twilight purple and the color/fit/style was great, however around the neckline between the fabric they used some sewing supplies...a white strip of material...I guess to reinforce the edge and since it's white it is very clearly visible through the sheer purple fabric, so there's a white X at the V of the neckline. So obviously cutting corners, really disappointed.
