Disappointing.
The product photos show these diamonds with a basket setting (4 prongs with a gallery rail to support the stones). The diamonds I recieved were set in very cheap looking 'crown' type settings, the kind you see drugstore CZ costume jewelry set in. Obviously returned. I hope Nordstrom looks into this issue. Extremely disappointing purchase.

Classic diamond earrings
These are a beautiful simple classic pair of diamond earrings. Comfortable to wear and have just the right amount of sparkle to catch your eye but are still understated and demure. I only wish they had a screw back or flat back as I don’t like to change my earrings often and would feel more secure with something a little more fixed closure.

Pretty diamonds, cheap setting
Like another reviewer said, the settings on these were cheap and disappointing. I didn't feel the backs were secure enough either. The diamonds themselves were very pretty, but I returned them.
