Beautiful Pendant- but packaging can be better
This pendant is striking and beautiful- I am giving it 4 stars because it was not packaged well and there was a knot in the chain- I was very disappointed about that- I took it store ready to return it, but as usual Nordstrom customer service was so excellent- Nina from the jewelry section (Oakbrook) initiated the return, untied the knot so I could actually try on the pendant and chain- it looked so beautiful, I bought the same thing back- for something with this price tag, the company can at least put the chain in a long bubble wrap bag so the chain does not develop a knot-
