Terrible
I never received my item. It got stolen/went missing and I asked for a replacement or a refund at least but they said that they wouldn't give me one due to whatever reasons they decided not to do so and now I'm missing $360 or a jacket.

Jacket was warm but what is disappointing is we could not get a stain out of it no matter what we tried. So much money down the drain.
