Amazing Brand

Love this brand for their general comfort and great extended-size fit! The arch support is terrific and the soles provide a tennis shoe feel.

a huge disappointment

I had been looking at these shoes for a while and when they finally went on sale I rushed to buy a pair. What a disappointment - they are very good looking but after wearing one day I can say that they are by far the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn! I'm not sure why but after several hours my feet were killing me - and this gradually increased to almost unbearable pain - not sure why but there's no getting around it. If I hadn't worn them all day at work I would surely be returning them to Nordstrom ASAP - not sure how the other reviewers found so much to like about them but I have to be honest..

Great Buy!

This brand, "1901", is the best buy! It is inexpensive. Yet, it is a comfortable and attractive shoe. This pair is my 4th pair of this brand. Thank you, Nordstrom!

It Surprised Me With Comfort

These shoes are very comfortable. There is a lot of cushion on the bottom of the feet; like pillows when you first put them on and it continues to cushion my feet all day at work or pounding the pavement. Great look that fits perfectly with my Khakis.

beautiful shoe

before you wonder why it's called "beautiful shoe" is because this review is written by a woman. I bought this for my brother at Christmas and he is very very happy with them. He usually has an 8 and they are slightly big but not too big to send back. The sole inside is also padded and is super comfortable. There is a little arch support which is nice too. From a woman's perspective these shoes are just HOT. You can wear them casually or to a nice event. I wouldn't wear them under a suit or anything but they are stylish and classy and comfortable for the man who cares more about that than style ;)

Great shoe

I bought these for my husband. He is very happy with them because they are comfortable and seem like they will be durable. I like them because they look different from all of his dress shoes. They were also a great price!
