18K Rose & White Gold 3/8 Ct Diamonds & Tsavorite Gemstone Halo Drop Hoop Earrings

This earrings are cute even though look little too small on the ears. But this was not the main problem. When I bought them, one earring had very loose closure. I contacted both Nordstrom and Hous of Brilliance. I sent it to them for repair. I was later told that the item is not repairable and they issued me refund right away without even asking if I want the refund. I was also told that they cannot replace the item due to no more available. So, I think they put the same pair back to sale, so be careful, as if it’s the same item then one of the earring will have bad closure/lock.
