Nordstrom is the worst for online ordered
My item arrived so late that they refunded me because we weren’t sure it would ever get here. It didn’t arrive by the promise time or the birthday it was bought for. Once it finally did arrive the chain was so twisted and crumpled up it couldn’t be untangled. I drove an hour to return it at the store listed on the return instructions and they informed me they couldn’t take the return bc it was jewelry. Worst retail experience ever! Will never buy from Nordstroms again.
