Poor Quality 1st Earring to Ever Break

Very sad. Finally found the perfect earring for me. The oval tube shape in just the right size. It broke in less than 3 weeks after purchased. 1st fine jewelry piece to ever break. Going to call Nordstrom store purchased at tomorrow. Store’s an hour and a half away. I cannot chance a replacement and will need a refund. So disappointed. They were perfect others.
