Great gift but major delivery issue
The bracelet was to be a special gift for my sister's 80th birthday, and was due to arrive exactly the day before. However, it is still lost in the mail, being sent from post office to delivery back to the post office back to another post office back to original post office and out for delivery, etc. Fortunately, Nordstroms provides a good tracking capability, and they could see that the item had not been delivered, so I got a refund and then ordered another similar gift, which she then got late. She is thrilled with the bracelet, so all's well that ends well, but this was the one time when timing mattered to both of us.
