Sent wrong size
This arrived and measured 16.5” vs the 18” that was ordered. Not only is that an egregious error to make with fine jewelry, it’s fraud as the price of the necklace is determined by the number of stones and precious metal used. The CS agent didn’t seem to be terribly concerned, nor apologetic. In spite of picking it up as an in-store delivery and not leaving the area, I had to wait on approval for the return.
A disappointing experience, and not one that I have any plans to repeat; I’ll skip Nordstrom next time I plan to make a jewelry purchase.
