Unfortunately, she was not helpful or pleasant. She told me I had to wait for a callback because the matter required “research,” even though your system clearly shows that I never received the package. This has wasted my time and left me very frustrated. I expect Nordstrom to resolve this promptly and to improve the level of service provided. Experiences like this make me question whether I should continue shopping with your company.
