What it does: Each exceptionally versatile pan features a textured triple-reinforced coating that is ideal for browning and searing, with or without oil, and easily wipes clean.

Additional features: Hard anodized aluminum construction allows for quick and even heating. The stay-cool ergonomic handles allow for quick, comfortable movement.

So far they are very good pans

I've had the pans for several weeks now and I've been careful to not overheat them or even put them in the dishwasher although it says you can. They are not as heavy as some that I have had in the past which is good because I am not as yound as I used to be and so the weight is better for me but they are still well made and certainly not light. Nothing has stuck or been hard to get out. The only change I would make is I wish there were a lid for the large frying pan but I have a splatter lid that I use over it.

Lids are a MAJOR no-go

Why are the lids not shatter proof?? As expensive as the cookware is, can it AT LEAST be shatter proof? I had to clean pieces of glass up from all over my kitchen floor because the lid slipped out of my hand. This is flat out terrible.

not worth the money

I got this set as a christmas gift and have washed and store them with care and they’re somehow already chipping on the sides (after only a few months of use) I only use wood or rubber utensils with them. I have no idea how this has happened and a little worried the material is in my food. Definitely not worth it for the money.

Great for a while, show use over time

I've had these pants for 2 years, for the most part. They are okay. There was one pan that ended up having some defects after normal use (no dishwasher, no metal utensils, etc.), and support would not replace it. For the price, you're better off getting hexclad. You get an extra pan for the same price and you get the ability to use metal utensils. That'll be my next set.
