Stays hot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best properties of cast iron is the ability to retain heat. It’s a pleasure to be able to sit down at the table with the kettle on a trivet and be able to read and then recharge your cup. No up and down or reheating needed. I've had no issue with the kettle but the paint did stick to my electric burner once. I asked them how to keep it from corroding because obviously there was nothing wrong with the kettle itself and it still performed its function. The company was great and just asked for a picture of the kettle and the burner before sending it back. They sent me a new one at no charge.

Wonderful kettle, bad shipping
This is a beautiful kettle and does what a kettle is supposed to do. The only downside is that it arrived with a small scratch on the spout and one of the handles was on backwards.

I keep this on the stove and use it every day. It is the perfect size for for my french press morning coffee, and I love the design of the kettle as well. I do take this camping with me, it works great over the coals and I can still have my french press coffee!

Received this as a gift and love the way it looks in my kitchen. I keep it on my stove, so whenever I want to make a cup of tea it's ready. Retains heat really well.
