My experience as a first time customer...

Beware of suspicious discounts! This happens to be one of my husband's favorite perfumes and he had hinted he wanted another set for Father's day. I googled the set and found Nordstrom selling it at $107.10 with free expedited shipping. I quickly ordered it. When I received the package, it was wrapped in a plastic bag and the metal can had no cover. How do you gift someone something with no lid on it? I contacted customer service and was told it must have been a packing error from the warehouse. I don't believe so. Coz I noticed the price went back to the normal price of $126 the very next day with no discount. They offered to exchange it for me but it will not arrive until after Father's Day. No apologies, just that. Now I have to figure out where to get another set so I can return this secondhand one. My first shopping experience with Nordstrom left a bad taste in my mouth. Never buying anything from you guys again.
