I have two recent orders that have shipped incorrect items. This one was the icing on the cake. It's frustrating to have an item you purchase that is sent to you under the pretense that you have the correct item only to find out you try it on and look closely to find out it's not the correct item you purchased which was a 6.5 carat confirmed purchase on May 24th which came as a 2.5 carat. When I phoned customer service they apologized. I think the company needs to make this right. I'm not the top customer in the chain of labels, but I am an ambassador. I don't like sending reviews, because my business is and was in my company about customer satisfaction. Nordstrom family sold out and sold out customer service. I would give zero stars, but then I couldn't write this review.

The headline says "1 - 6.50 CT" AND the ring descriptions list your metal color and carat weight. How is it this hard to take ownership for your inattention or your inability to read the information presented to you?! The ring is lovely, the diamonds sparkle, the ring size and CARAT SIZE are EXACTLY as I expected because I READ the listing before ordering and getting all hot and sassy blaming the store for my dysfunction. And, we are ALL aware of Nordstrom's return policy. If you kept a ring you were dissatisfied with, that's on you.
