Doesn’t wash well
After one wash it looks very pilled, faded and like it has been used for years :( I am so sad as before it was washed it was a beautiful looking garnet. I washed in cold, delicate cycle with a gentle baby detergent.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Our signature Tencel fabrics use high-quality, German-made water-based dyes (never synthetic chemical dyes). It is possible that there is slight colour run-off during the first launderings.
The TENCEL™ Lyocell is made from natural wood pulp fibres and you may notice a slight change in texture or appearance after washing. This is a natural process called fibrillation — it’s what gives the fabric its signature softness and silky "peach skin" feel and is not pilling resulting from friction.
To help maintain the vibrancy of darker colours, we recommend washing the garment inside out on a gentle cycle and using a detergent formulated for dark fabrics, such as Woolite Dark Defence, since traditional detergents often contain whiteners or bleach.
Please rest assured that the possible slight colour run-off of the natural dye and fibrillation does not affect the product's safety, comfort or usability.

Good sleeping bag
Soft and snugs well around baby. TOG 1.0 and its thicker than I imagined. Seems to keep the baby warm. The only thing is that the metal zipper at the bottom is not covered with fabric so my LO sucks on it sometimes, Though I think metal zipper is still better than the ones with paint on it.
