This is my first Burberry purchase. I am 5 feet tall and 115 lbs and got the size 4, which provides me the best fit and enough room for two layers of clothing underneath. The quality and craftsmanship of this coat are excellent, and I feel will last for a long time. Since this is not made of wool, and given its classic look, this will be an all season trench coat for me. Having said that, overall, it is not worth the hefty price.

This is by far the nicest piece of clothing I own. I have been keeping my eye on this jacket for quite some time, and when Triple Rewards Points came around I knew it was time. The fit is superb, you can tell the craftsmanship is top notch, and the jacket itself is fancy without being flashy. It's absolutely perfect in every way. When I put on the jacket I feel like I've been transported to Paris, it's the best feeling in the world.

I have always wanted a classic Burberry trench coat but didn't know which one would best suit my shape. I'm 5'0" and about 108-110 lbs. I went to the Burberry boutique in LA and tried on several styles but fell in love with the Mottram. I tried the trench coat in both the trench and black colors, and both fit well. Luckily, that same day, I saw the Mottram on sale at Nordstrom online, however it was sold out. So, I went to the nearest Nordstrom and had one tracked down. After a week or so, it was mailed to me - Size 2. It is presently with the tailor at a nearby Nordstrom store getting the sleeves altered to better fit me. The rest of the trench coat fits nicely and gives me the option to wear a variety of shirts and sweaters. I especially love the classic Burberry detail in the collar and lining. This is a classic trench coat, and I love that it fits my petite frame.

I love the length of this piece! Given how short I am, 4'11", this is a perfectly tailored trench. What's not to love? The fabric choice, the lining, the length, the tailored sleek silhouette? The only slight complaint I have is that I would still need to take it in for tailoring to fit the arm length. However that is habitual for almost all of my tailored pieces.
