Buy Online & Pick Up in Store or Curbside

1) Set Your Store on a Search Results Page

When you're viewing a category or search results page, look for Free Pickup in your filter options. Select Set Location and enter your ZIP code. Set the store where you'd like to pick up your items and choose Pick Up Today to shop a single store's selection—or choose Pick Up Tomorrow to shop a wider selection in your area and we'll get your items to your chosen store the next day. Find your nearest store.

2) Select Your Store on a Product Details Page

On a product details page, select Free Pickup and choose a store near you. Look for Pick Up Today and Pick Up Tomorrow options when you're selecting the item's size.

3) Pick Up in Store or Curbside at Select Stores

You'll get an email or app notification when your order is ready for pickup, letting you know where to go inside the store or giving directions for curbside pickup if it's offered (curbside pickup is available at select Nordstrom stores only, and not at Nordstrom Rack). When you get to the store, we may ask to see your personal identification. We'll hold your order for 5 days, so stop by soon!

Gift Options

Free Nordstrom gift boxes, fabric gift bags ($5) and free printed gift messages are available when you pick up your order at a Nordstrom store. Choose gift options when you check out. Some items may not be eligible for all options.
