AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES. Participation constitutes an entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules (the "Official Rules") and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

ELIGIBILITY. The Nordstrom 2026 Spring Discovery Box Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to individuals who are legal residents of, and physically located in, one of the fifty (50) United States, or the District of Columbia, and are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry. If a potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her/their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein. Entrants must have an Instagram account to enter and be contacted if selected as a potential winner. (An Instagram account is free and may be discontinued at any time after winner is contacted and confirmed.) Employees of Nordstrom, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and designees, and their immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, partners, and children and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence) and any person living in such a person's household (whether related or not) of each, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

ENTRY PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins Monday, May 18, at 9:00am PT and ends Sunday, May 24, at 11:59pm PT (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes and reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to modify, suspend, extend or cancel the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned for any factor beyond Sponsor's control.

HOW TO ENTER. To enter for a chance to win, eligible entrants must: follow @NordstromBeauty on Instagram, "Like" the official 2026 Spring Discovery Box Sweepstakes post on the @NordstromBeauty Instagram account, and tag a friend in the comments. To tag a friend, in the comments, use the "@" symbol before their Instagram user name. Each new tag in the comments counts as an additional entry. By entering, you agree to Instagram's Terms of Use. If using a mobile device to enter, standard data rates may apply.

Inappropriate comments may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No automatic, robotic, mechanical entries, or reproductions accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, late or lost entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. During the Entry Period, you must disclose your relationship with Sponsor in any online posts you make which reference Sponsor by including the hashtag #sweepstakes. If you are selected as the winner you should continue to disclose your relationship with Sponsor in all online posts related to the Sweepstakes and referencing the Sponsor by including a statement such as "I received a prize from Nordstrom" in any such online posts. See below section titled "General" for additional rules regarding entry.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. One (1) potential winner will be selected on or about May 25, 2026, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified on or about May 25, 2026, via Instagram Direct Message to the Instagram account used for entry (the "Notification"), in order to verify their eligibility and confirm them as a winner. POTENTIAL WINNERS MUST RESPOND TO SPONSOR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE NOTIFICATION.

If a potential winner is unable to be notified, cannot/does not respond to Sponsor within 24 hours of Notification, is not otherwise in compliance with these Rules, or chooses not to accept a prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select another potential winner at random from among remaining eligible entries. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release at Sponsor's discretion before they are confirmed as a winner. Winners may also be required to provide their Social Security number or tax ID for filing purposes, before the date set by Sponsor, to be confirmed as a winner.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: All elements of the prize(s) are subject to availability. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a prize, in-whole or in-part, with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize (or any portion thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the prize package will be forfeited and have no redeemable cash value. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the prize, including any and all individual components. Prize may not be assigned, is nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made other than as provided herein. PUBLICITY. Except where prohibited by law, entering and accepting a prize constitutes Entrant's permission, but not the obligation, for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, hometown city and state, Instagram and/or TikTok handle and comments, likeness (including photographs and videos), and other personally identifiable information, for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes and/or Sponsor in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further notification, consideration, review, consent, permission, or prize incentive; and upon request, the winner must provide written consent to such use.

RELEASE. By participating: (a) Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors and agents (collectively the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, of any kind, caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize; (b) Entrants agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes; and (c) Entrants acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, the prize quality or availability.

GENERAL. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of winner(s) and prize(s). If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event, including but not limited to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical difficulties or failures, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of any of the above events and/or disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all the eligible entries received up to the date of such events.

Sponsor is not responsible for Entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late or lost; or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for an Entrant's failure to receive a Notification or prize notice due to Entrant's spam, junk email or other security settings; or for Entrant's provision of incorrect or otherwise nonfunctioning contact information. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry-duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of entry by Sponsor. In the event of a question or dispute as to any entry based on an Instagram account, the authorized account holder used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned an account by Instagram. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. If there is a dispute as to the identity of entrant or a dispute or potential dispute regarding the entry or any third-party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an entry, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of Sweepstakes materials, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the winner, including any such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACY POLICY. Entrants' information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with an Administrator to execute the Sweepstakes and/or deliver a prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that Sponsor and any such Administrator may use any personal information collected as part of the Sweepstakes in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, located at: https://www.nordstrom.com/browse/customer-service/policy/privacy.

GOVERNING LAW. All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
