AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES.Your participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and shall not be subject to appeal.Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

ELIGIBILITY. The Nordstrom Beauty Gift Exchange Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States, or the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) years or older at time of entry. (“Entrant” or “Entrants”.) If a potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in their jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein. Entrants must have an Instagram account to enter and it must be public in order for Sponsor to contact potential winners. (An Instagram account is free and may be discontinued at any time after winner is chosen and contacted.) Employees of Nordstrom, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries directors, designees, and the immediate family members (herein, defined as spouses, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence), and any person living in such a person’s household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.

ENTRY PERIOD. TheSweepstakes begins Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 9:00am PT and ends Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 11:59pm PT (“Entry Period”). Sponsorwill be the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, to submit a valid entry, eligible entrants must: 1) follow @NordstromBeauty and @Nordstrom on Instagram; 2) “Like” the official @NordstromBeauty @Nordstrom Beauty Gift Exchange Giveaway post; and tag 4 friends in the comments. (“Entry”/”Entries”) Each separate comment tagging four (4) friends not already tagged by entrant, constitutes an Entry.If you use a mobile device to enter, standard data rates may apply. By creating/using and submitting your information, you agree to Instagram’s terms of use. If you are posting a photograph, you must have permission from the photographer, or be the photographer yourself, and have permission from any persons appearing in the photograph before submitting it. Entries with inappropriate comments or content may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Entries not complying with all rules herein are subject to disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to void all Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any Entrant using such an entry method. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, late, or lost Entries. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. During the Entry Period, you must disclose your relationship with Sponsor in any online posts you make which reference Sponsor by including the hashtag #sweepstakes. If you are selected and are confirmed as a winner, you agree to disclose your relationship with Sponsor in all online posts related to this Sweepstakes and reference Sponsor by including a statement such as “I received a prize from Sponsor” in any such online posts.See below section titled “General” for additional rules regarding entry.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Periodon or about [December 18, 2025]. Potential winners will be notified by Instagram Direct Message (“Notification”) on or about [December 18, 2025] via the Instagram account used for Entry, in order for Sponsor to verify their eligibility and confirm them as a winner. POTENTIAL WINNERS MUST RESPOND TO SPONSOR WITHIN 24 HOURS OF NOTIFICATION.

If a potential winner cannot be notified, cannot/does not respond to Sponsor within 24 hours of Notification, is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, or chooses not to accept a prize, prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select another potential winner at random from among remaining eligible Entries. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release at Sponsor’s discretion and provide their social security number or tax id, as required for tax filing purposes, before the date set by Sponsor to be confirmed as a winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service which may result in a potential winner not receiving Notification. If the potential winner’s Notification is rejected, returned, or deemed undeliverable or the potential winner fails to execute and return required documentation within the time specified by Sponsor, or if the potential winner is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize, even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been publicly announced, that potential winner will be deemed ineligible and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner selected from all remaining eligible Entries. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND RESTRICTIONS. Five (5) winners will each receive a $500 Nordstrom Gift Card. Total ARV of all prizes awarded is $2,500 USD.Potential Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with his/her/their social security number or tax identification number, as required by law for tax reporting purposes, before a prize will be awarded. Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 with the Internal Revenue Service for the approximate retail value of the prize(s) awarded. Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes)are the sole responsibility of winner.Winner is responsible for all expenses (for winner and any guest) not specifically included in the prize(s), including but not limited to, travel, parking, meals, gratuities, excursions, incidentals, and personal vehicle insurance. Prizes (including their individual components) may not be transferred or assigned.

All elements of the prize(s) are subject to availability. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize (or any portion thereof) is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes pictured in advertising, marketing or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any such materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to any prize. Prizes may not be assigned, are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute an alternative prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. If a potential winner is at least 18 years old but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner(s) set forth herein.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, entering and accepting a prize constitutes Entrant’s permission, but not the obligation, for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, hometown city and state, Instagram handle and comments, likeness (including photographs and videos), and other personally identifiable information, for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes related to the Sweepstakes and/or Sponsor in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity without further notification, consideration, review, consent, permission, or prize, incentive; and upon request, the winner must provide written consent to such use

release: By participating: (a) Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, shareholders, directors, members, employees, licensors, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages, of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; (b) Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against any liability, for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, death or destruction of property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize(s) (including any travel or activity associated thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes; and (c) Entrants acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a prize, including, but not limited to, the prize quality or availability.

GENERAL: Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any provision(s) of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of this Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of winner(s) and prize(s).If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being executed as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event, including but not limited to infection by computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of Entrants, technical difficulties or failures, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of any of the above events and/or disqualify any suspect Entry or Entrant, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all the eligible Entries received up to the date of such events.

Sponsor is not responsible for Entries that are misdirected, undelivered, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, stolen, late, or lost;or for interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections; or for computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for an Entrant’s failure to receive a Notification or prize notice due to Entrant’s spam, junk email, or other security settings; or for Entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. No automatic, robotic, mechanical Entries, or reproductions accepted. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to void all Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed, or similar entry duplication method, and to disqualify any individual using such an entry method. Proof of submission of an Entry does not constitute proof of receipt of Entry by Sponsor. Any Potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.If there is a dispute as to the identity of Entrant or a dispute, or potential dispute regarding the Entry or any third party rights, or if Sponsor has reasonable grounds for suspecting any breach or abuse of these Official Rules by any person involved in an Entry, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of Entry information, or for any human or other error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data or voice transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost or misdirected mail, or any injury or damage related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Neither Released Parties nor any service providers are responsible for typographical or other error in the printing of Sweepstakes materials, the administration of the Sweepstakes, or the announcement of the winner, including any such error as may give an erroneous indication that a prize has been won.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, TAMPER WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PRIVACYPOLICY: Entrants’ information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with an Administrator to execute the Sweepstakes and/or deliver a prize. GOVERNING LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall include attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.
